Valley Hill Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated admissions/marketing professional to manage patient flow and drive referrals at the Hendersonville, NC facility. You will oversee admissions, coordinate marketing efforts, and build strong relationships with hospitals and providers to maximize census and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to manage customer flow, admissions and marketing programs.
• Strong community outreach and referral development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer flow, admissions process and marketing program.
• Guide the marketing program to ensure referrals and payer satisfaction.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications and pre-certs.
• Develop community outreach activities such as health fairs and caregiver groups.
• Make regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources.
• Facilitate admissions decisions and ensure a positive experience for customers and families.
