Job summary

Bradford Health Services in the United States seeks an Admissions Manager to lead the admissions team, drive exceptional service, and ensure efficient workflows. You will coach Admissions Specialists and Team Leads and monitor KPIs related to conversions, call handling, follow-up, and client experience to support census and revenue objectives.

This role partners with senior leadership to implement operational initiatives, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage and monitor the answering of incoming calls and emails from individuals needing information or help with alcoholism and drug addiction.
• Must supervise employees to provide excellent customer service experiences.
• Employee must possess excellent knowledge about alcoholism and drug addiction and its consequences.
• Must be able to assist in the supervision of Recovery Advisors in directing callers to appropriate locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and help develop Admission Specialists and Team Leads to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Monitor and manage departmental performance metrics including but not limited to conversion rates, call answer rates, follow-up compliance.
• Conduct routine performance reviews, coaching sessions, and accountability discussions to support employee growth and performance improvement.
• Monitor daily team performance and implement action plans in coordination with Senior Directors of Admissions & VPs of Admission.
• Oversee daily admissions operations and ensure adherence to established workflows and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and admission best practices.
• Assist with departmental reporting needs.

• Must be able to manage and monitor the answering of incoming calls and incoming emails from individuals needing information or help with alcoholism and drug addiction
• Must supervise employees to provide excellent customer service experiences
• Employee must possess excellent knowledge about alcoholism and drug addiction and its consequences
• Must be able to assist in the supervision of Recovery Advisors in directing callers to appropriate locations
• Must possess skills in overcoming objections and be able to motivate staff to do the same.
• Employee must possess excellent communication skills
