Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Admissions Liaison to coordinate admissions for all patients, verify information, and manage scheduling and admission for inpatients and outpatients. This role supports a streamlined referral process and contributes to compassionate, efficient patient care.

Starting with preferred licensure and CPR certification, the position values at least 1 year of hospital admissions experience and a strong understanding of multidisciplinary care pathways within a leading

Qualifications

• License clinician preferred.
• Current State Professional License preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with hospital admissions procedures and regulatory guidelines for admission.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with multidisciplinary process and levels of care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions for all patients.
• Perform pre-certifications.
• Assemble Admissions consent packets.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission.
• Contribute to the referral process and input data into hospital systems.
