Encompass Health is seeking an Admissions Liaison to streamline the hospital admission process for both inpatients and outpatients in Naples, FL. You will handle referrals, verify information, and assist with scheduling and admissions while ensuring accuracy across hospital systems.

The role emphasizes coordination, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and strong communication with patients and care teams.

Qualifications

• License clinician preferred.
• Current State Professional License preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with hospital admissions procedures and regulatory guidelines for admission preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with multidisciplinary process and levels of care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
• Preform pre-certifications.
• Assemble Admissions consent packets.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute scheduling and admission.
• Contribute to the referral process and input statistical data into hospital systems.
