Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus in Honolulu is seeking Admissions Kokua for a few seasonal, temporary tests and related duties. The role includes greeting keiki and ʻohana at drop-off, answering questions, proctoring, and checking students in and out.
The ideal candidate has experience working with groups of children and strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage a classroom of 20–25 students, maintain confidentiality, and communicate clearly.

Kamehameha Schools, Kapalama Campus is looking to fill a few Admissions Kokua positions. Our Admissions Kokua assists with greeting keiki & ohana at drop off, answering questions, proctoring, checking keiki in & out, etc. Our ideal candidate would have experience working with groups of keiki (classroom experience a plus!) and customer service skills. These are part time, temporary positions. Targeted dates: 10/1/26 – 6/30/27, with the greatest need during Fall Break (10/5 – 10/9), and the following Saturdays. Hourly rate is $27/hr.
Administers standardized tests, observations and/or interviews in a classroom setting and/or online to KS applicants. Responsible to ensure that test administration, observation, and interview is consistent with all required testing, observation and interview protocols so as to ensure the validity of the results.
Administer standardized tests in a classroom setting, participate in observations and/or conduct online interviews to applicants to grades K-11. Duties include:
Work is conducted in an office/school environment and may require work to be conducted in non-standard workplaces. Work is typically conducted on Saturdays, but other days/hours may be required to meet goals and objectives.
