Kamehameha Schools Hawaii Campus is seeking Admissions Kokua staff for part-time, temporary positions to greet students and families, answer questions, proctor tests, and check in/out. Ideal candidate has experience with groups of keiki and strong customer service.
Hours are focused around Fall Break and Saturdays; hourly rate is $27. Primary duties include administering standardized tests and supporting KS applicants, while maintaining confidentiality and following protocols.

Kamehameha Schools, Hawaii Campus is looking to fill a few Admissions Kokua positions. Our Admissions Kokua assists with greeting keiki & ohana at drop off, answering questions, proctoring, checking keiki in & out, etc. Our ideal candidate would have experience working with groups of keiki (classroom experience a plus!) and customer service skills. These are part time, temporary positions. Targeted dates: 10/1/26 – 6/30/27, with the greatest need during Fall Break (10/5 – 10/9), and the following Saturdays. Hourly rate is $27/hr.
Administers standardized tests, observations and/or interviews in a classroom setting and/or online to KS applicants. Responsible for ensuring that test administration, observation, and interview is consistent with all required testing, observation and interview protocols so as to ensure the validity of the results.
Administer standardized tests in a classroom setting, participate in observations and/or conduct online interviews to applicants to grades K-11. Duties include: checking-in students, taking role, disseminating and collecting test materials, developing rapport with children ranging in age from 4-16 years old, verbally administering the test(s), observations, and/or interview(s) to include providing instructions and oral test administration (as needed). Responsible for timing the tests and/or interviews, recording and documenting observations and interview answers and other information as needed while maintaining classroom/online management. Ensures that assessment administration is consistent with all required protocols and procedures and maintain confidentiality of assessment materials so as to ensure that the results are valid.
Work is conducted in an office/school environment and may require work to be conducted in non-standard workplaces. Work is typically conducted on Saturdays, but other days/hours may be required to meet goals and objectives.
