The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry is seeking a front desk receptionist to provide patient-centered service in a busy clinical setting. The role emphasizes accurate check-in, insurance processing, and coordinating appointments with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Hourly rate of pay: $23.17 - $30.11
Shift/hours of work: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Care for each Patient, Student, Faculty, and Staff, as they would like to be cared for by:
Determining the nature and purpose of the visit and directing them to the specific destinations
Review demographic and insurance information, HIPAA compliance, etc.
Maintain knowledge of appointment scheduling practices, policies and procedures
Enter patient data in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
