• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.
• Maintain resident trust funds and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare financial reports for corporate office and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor census and ensure accuracy of resident records in all systems.
• Assist residents and families with Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance questions.
• Serve as the primary contact for admissions inquiries and availability.
• Conduct facility tours and present services professionally.
• Coordinate pre-admission assessments and required paperwork; verify insurance/financial eligibility.
• Ensure timely completion of admissions documentation in compliance with policies.
