Archbishop John Carroll High School seeks a Director of Admissions to lead enrollment efforts, engaging prospective families and partners while modeling Catholic education values. You will implement a comprehensive admissions and enrollment plan, analyze data to grow enrollment, and collaborate with the tuition officer and school leadership on policies.

You will also manage communications, tours, and events, while overseeing CRM modules and updating admission materials across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, or communications.
• 3–5 years’ related experience in academic admissions or sales/marketing.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills in diverse settings.
• Experience with data systems (School Admin, PowerSchool) and MS Office/Google Docs.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
• Admissions experience preferred; sales experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review applications to identify ideal candidates for admission.
• Develop admissions/enrollment/recruitment plan with the President and administrative staff.
• Analyze data and develop enrollment growth strategies.
• Develop long-range marketing plans for programs and initiatives.
• Foster relationships with community, prospective parents and students; arrange visits and recruit.
• Give detailed presentations on admissions, tuition assistance, and scholarships.
• Explain and shape admission and scholarship procedures with the tuition officer and President.
• Coordinate tours, shadow days, information sessions, open houses, preview nights, and entrance test events.
• Evaluate events to expand understanding of Carroll experience.
• Develop admissions-related messages via social media and other platforms.
• Oversee the admissions section on the Carroll website with up-to-date info.
• Manage Prospect and Admissions modules in the School Admin CRM.
• Collaborate with OCE and report as required.
• Ensure inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently.
• Engage parents and alumni in admissions efforts.
