Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an Admissions Director in Training to drive healthcare admissions, census growth, and patient experience across our facilities in the Bucks County area.

You will train under a Senior Admissions Director, build relationships with hospitals and physicians, coordinate tours and move-in day, and use PCC to track data and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare admissions, sales, or leadership development.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on center business needs.
• Must meet health screening requirements as required by state law and company policy.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare sales and census management initiatives.
• Coordinate Move-In Day and ensure patient rooms are ready.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and social workers.
• Collaborate with Senior Admissions Director and regional leadership to master admissions.

As an Admissions Director in Training, you are a leader in the making. You will work side-by-side with a Senior Admissions Director and Regional Leadership to master the art of healthcare sales, census management, and patient experience.

• Seamless Admissions: Coordinate the "Move-In Day" experience, ensuring patient rooms are ready, clinical data is accurate, and families are welcomed with open arms.
• Tech Savvy Operations: Utilize our Core Operating System (PCC) to track data, analyze trends, and overcome barriers to admission.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in healthcare admissions, sales, or leadership development.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on center business needs, including admissions activity.
• Must meet health screening requirements as required by state law and company policy.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.
• College education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, public relations, or related field preferred.
