Qualifications

• Manage the admissions process to ensure a positive resident and family experience.
• Coordinate daily admissions operations to meet census goals.
• Direct bed assignments and pre-admission paperwork.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and discharge planners.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to ensure smooth transitions.
