Job summary

Coral Reef Subacute Care Center in Miami, FL seeks an experienced Admissions Director to oversee the admissions process, drive census growth, and foster strong referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community sources. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

You will coordinate referrals, screenings, and admissions, conduct tours for prospective residents and families, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure appropriate admissions

Qualifications

• Previous admissions, marketing, business development, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation center experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and healthcare admissions processes preferred.
• Professional, motivated, and team-oriented.
