Job summary

Sprenger Health Care seeks an admissions/marketing professional to drive the admissions process and represent the community in the local market. The role includes marketing events, building relationships with case managers and referral sources, and ensuring timely communication to the nursing department and administration.

You will greet residents and provide concierge-style service while supporting admission facilitation with the care team.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in healthcare marketing and public relations preferred.
• Bachelor degree required with preference in Marketing/Public Relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Admissions process for the facility.
• Market the community and host events in the region.
• Coordinate with Case Managers and referral sources for referrals.
• Share admission inquiry data with nursing and administration timely.
• Greet and escort residents, providing concierge-style service.
• Assist Case Managers with admissions facilitation.

Qualifications:

2 years experience in healthcare marketing and public relations preferred, Bachelor degree required with preference in Marketing/Public Relations, must possess excellent communication and organizational skills

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for the Admissions process
• Responsible for marketing and hosting events in the community
• Communicate with Case Managers and referral sources regarding all referrals to facility..
• Communicate admission inquiry data in written and verbal form timely to the nursing department and administration.
• Greet and escort the resident to the assigned nursing unit providing concierge style customer service
• Assist Case Managers in facilitation of admissions to the nursing facility.
