Job summary

Fundamental is seeking an experienced Admissions Director in the Las Vegas area to lead the admissions process and sales efforts for our facility. The role emphasizes managing tours, completing admissions paperwork, and coordinating clinical and financial approvals to ensure seamless patient intake.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in admissions/marketing within healthcare, long-term care experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator.
• 2+ years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in healthcare environment.
• Long term care marketing/admissions experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and care staff.
• Reliable transportation and local travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial contact with discharge planners, families or responsible party to schedule tours and follow up.
• Manage the admission process including tours, completion of paperwork, and coordination of clinical and financial approvals.
• Lead marketing efforts by making outside calls to referral sources to promote admissions.

We are seeking an experiened Admissions Director to join our team!

Posted Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact as necessary with discharge planners, family or responsible party to initiate tour of facility and follow up procedures.
• Manage the admission process to include: conducting effective tours that promote conversion to admission, timely completion of admission paperwork, coordinate clinical and financial approvals for admission, communication with families and staff to ensure admission process is seamless.
• Take the lead in marketing the many fantastic health care services we offer to potential patients/ residents by periodically making outside calls on referral sources throughout the week.

Qualifications & Requirements
