The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Office of Admissions seeks a Business / Systems Analyst 2 to support recruitment and admissions data, maintain systems, define tasks for process improvements, and execute testing for system changes.

This hybrid role requires on-campus presence in Minneapolis at least one day every two weeks and offers a comprehensive benefits package; salary range $72,450-$77,000, with focus on data integrity, process improvement, and QA across PeopleSoft Campus Solutions

Formación

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science plus at least 2 years of experience, or master's degree.
• Ability to communicate technology concepts effectively with technically proficient and non-proficient individuals.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail with large or complex data sets.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Data Hygiene & Integrity: ensure data accuracy for admissions data and targets.
• Process Improvement: gather requirements, document improvements, and collaborate with developers.
• Query Work, QA and Troubleshooting: develop queries, monitor processes, resolve data issues.
• Testing and Verification: conduct functional testing, maintain test scripts, participate in UAT and regression testing.
