Job summary

Morehouse School of Medicine is seeking an Admissions Application Data Management Specialist onsite to lead the admissions data workflow for the annual cycle, coordinating with Financial Aid, IT, Registrar, and Marketing to support recruitment of new students. The role oversees AMCAS and systems like CollegeNet or Banner, ensuring 6000+ applications are submitted, imported, reviewed, and integrated into the SIS.

Strong data integrity, training, and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience required.
• Excellent computer and analytical skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Cognos, or equivalent reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AMCAS and other admissions systems (e.g. CollegeNet or similar, Banner).
• Manage the process by which 6000+ applications for admission are submitted, imported, acknowledged, completed, reviewed and integrated into the SIS.
• Coordinate continuous system training for staff to enhance knowledge of online applications and emerging technology; develop and maintain system audits to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with applicant surveys and input all recruitment materials in the Banner admissions module.
• Collaborate with Admissions leadership and other offices (Financial Aid, IT, Registrar, Marketing) on data workflows and reporting.
