Admissions Customer Relations Coordinator

The Admissions Customer Relations Coordinator (Admissions Coordinator) will oversee and manage front desk reception and operations and oversee email correspondence, as well as events/conference coordination as needed by the FEMBA AND EMBA AND UCLA-NUS programs (e.g. 'PALOOZA, the Part-Time MBA Conference, EMBA Council 10-School Annual Meeting, etc.).

The Admissions Coordinator role is a 100% on-campus role, five work-days per week, either Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage budgets for special events and projects organized or sponsored by the FEMBA AND EMBA AND UCLA-NUS Offices or the Deans of those programs.
  • Train and serve as department expert for expense reimbursements; booking travel arrangements; and purchase order processing.
  • Provide assistance to prospective students and the general public seeking admission to and information about the FEMBA and EMBA and UCLA-NUS programs or the Anderson School in general.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of all Anderson programs and Anderson major events. Facilitate recruiting and yield event arrangements, and act as the central information source for all parties involved. Manage the FEMBA and EMBA and UCLA-NUS Office including supervising student clerks in maintaining admission recruiting materials, ordering supplies and general office duties, and managing office equipment.
  • With regards to the student clerks in the FEMBA and EMBA and UCLA-NUS Admissions Office, responsible for hiring, replacing, terminating and supervising the schedule and duties performed by the 3-5 student clerks. These student clerks will be primarily responsible, under the supervision of the Admissions Coordinator for answering the phones and performing the following clerical functions: photocopying, responding to correspondence, scanning, writing, proofreading and editing materials as directed.
  • Administrative support for FEMBA and EMBA and UCLA-NUS Admissions Deans and Directors: provide support to the Assistant and Associate Deans, manage purchase orders, process reimbursement requests, make travel and lodging arrangements, process phone bills, and provide general administrative support. Manage special projects for the Deans.
