Job summary

SUNY Adirondack is seeking an Admissions/Enrollment Coordinator to support recruitment and admission initiatives across the Capital District and New York metropolitan area. You will advise a designated student population from inquiry through enrollment, manage applications, and provide high-quality advisement while collaborating with financial aid and student accounts.

The role involves campus tours, travel to high schools and recruitment events, and public presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of admissions/enrollment management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students throughout the pipeline including academic programs, financial aid and scholarships, and transfer opportunities.
• Coordinate campus tours, host high school classes/groups, and assist recruitment events to help students and families decide.
• Travel to high schools, college fairs, expos and community events to recruit in the Capital District and New York metro area.
