Job summary

Livingstone College is seeking an Admissions Counselor/Recruiter to lead outreach and recruitment activities. You will engage with prospective students, families, counselors, and community leaders to promote Livingstone College's programs and opportunities.

The role requires significant travel, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives with discretion and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years’ experience in admissions preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively in-state and out-of-state; evenings/weekends required.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• SLATE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned recruitment territory and meet defined goals.
• Build relationships with counselors and community leaders.
• Document interactions in CRM and maintain records.
• Lead information sessions for prospective students.
• Coordinate admissions events and campus tours.
• Provide admissions presentations and respond to inquiries.
