Responsibilities

• Communicate Xavier's mission to prospective students, counselors, alumni, and stakeholders.
• Travel extensively to high schools, college fairs, and churches representing Xavier.
• Identify schools and organizations to visit and plan admissions events.
• Counsel transfer, freshman, and international students through the admissions process.
• Conduct on-campus interviews and follow up with inquiries and applicants.
• Evaluate files and participate in admissions discussions as needed.
