Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience or interest in student recruitment, sales, marketing, and/or counseling preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to the mission of Mount Marty University.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the identification, recruitment, and matriculation of college students.
• To meet annual enrollment goals as established in cooperation with the vice president for enrollment management.
• To develop and implement recruitment strategies and recruitment plan for assigned territory.
• To develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and other key stakeholders.
• To be an active, contributing member of the admission team and of Mount Marty University.
• To maintain strong working relationships with coaches, first year advisors, faculty, administration, alumni and staff to facilitate the success of the student.
• To coordinate, travel to, and attend regional college recruitment activities to include high school visits, college fairs, church visits, and other appropriate events in assigned territories.
• To generate, monitor, and track prospective inquiries and other admission data to ensure timely follow-up and progression through the recruitment cycle.
• To participate in events, such as campus visits, career days, open houses, scholarship day, and registration week as related to recruitment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the vice president for enrollment management
