You're not here to answer emails. You're here to change futures.
At Alpha, we're reimagining what school can be—and it starts the moment a family first reaches out. In this role, you'll be the steady hand guiding parents through one of the most important decisions they'll ever make: where to educate their child. You'll serve as their trusted point of contact: reassuring, informative, and always one step ahead.
This isn't about pushing paperwork or checking boxes. It's about delivering a white-glove experience that makes every prospective family feel seen, heard, and excited to join a school that transforms students' lives every day. From the first phone call to the final shadow day, you'll coordinate the logistics, communication, and touchpoints that move families from curious to committed, without ever needing to make admissions decisions yourself.
Alpha is a fast-paced, high-expectation environment that values clarity, follow-through, and high empathy. If you thrive on making complex processes feel effortless, if you love building trust through excellent communication, and if you're looking for a role where your work has direct, visible impact, you'll love what you find here.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing high-touch phone and email communications with prospective families—answering questions, addressing concerns, and building strong rapport.
- Coordinating school tours by aligning internal availability, confirming logistics, and ensuring families are prepared and excited.
- Planning and executing student shadow days that are smooth, well-communicated, and tailored to each family's needs.
- Tracking all interactions and follow-ups using tools like HubSpot to ensure no detail falls through the cracks.
- Representing Alpha's values and educational philosophy in every interaction, email, and conversation.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Making final admissions decisions or altering school policies.
- Sitting back and waiting for forms to come in—you're proactive, not passive.
- Sending templated responses or treating families like tickets to be closed.
- Working in a silo; you'll collaborate tightly with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Repeating the same script over and over—this role requires thoughtful, real-time communication.
