The University of Findlay is seeking a full-time Admissions Recruiter to enroll high school students into the freshman class. This role requires frequent overnight travel to high schools and college fairs, with a 12-month, 40-hour work week schedule.
The position emphasizes relationship-building with counselors, presentation of UF programs, and management of the enrollment lifecycle across multiple outreach channels.
This posting is for a full-time, 12-month, 40 hours per week, exempt position. The position is responsible for recruiting high school students into the freshman class at the University of Findlay. In representing the University, this will require frequent overnight travel to visit high schools and attend college fairs, especially in the fall.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time 12-month position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some evening and weekend work, and frequent overnight travel are expectations of this position.
Travel
A valid US Drivers’ license with a safe driving record is required, and the energy and ability to travel. Some overnight travel is expected of this position.
