Job summary

KeyStone Center in Chester, PA seeks an Admissions Counselor to perform telephonic and in-person risk assessment, crisis intervention, and initial contact with referrals and potential patients.

The role coordinates referral and intake, determines level of care, facilitates admissions, and maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff. Competitive benefits are included with the position.

Qualifications

• Master's preferred but Bachelor's degree required with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.

Qualifications

Education:

A Master's preferred but Bachelor's degree required with a major in chemical dependency, psychology,, social work, counseling, or other related field.

Prior intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention experience with substance abuse and dual diagnosis population, preferred.
