Responsibilities

Provide support for the admissions office, managing referral, intake, verification, pre-certification, and admissions processes. Conduct or coordinate facility tours. Make recommendations regarding staff hiring and performance to the Admissions Manager. Serve as a backup to the Admissions Manager and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; business or technical school preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification process required.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year in a medical office or healthcare registration role.
