Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking an Admissions/Registration role to support the facility's admissions workflow and patient intake process. You will coordinate referrals, verify information, and assist with pre-certification and admissions, acting as a backup to the Admissions Manager.

The position emphasizes accuracy, professional communication, and adherence to procedures to ensure timely patient access to care and seamless facility operations.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Business or Technical School is preferred. Medical terminology and knowledge of process of insurance verification is required.
• Experience: At least one (1) year experience in a medical office position or in a healthcare registration function.
