• Implement an effective, streamlined admissions process on a 24/7 basis to ensure admission sign-in compliance and high patient/family satisfaction.
• Coordinate the nursing center referral flow admissions process including community sales, referral management and admission sign-in, through post-admission utilizing the Company's Core Operating System (PCC).
• Conduct admissions counseling and tours with potential customers, families, and responsible party.
