The Admissions Coordinator supports the daily admissions, recruitment, and enrollment operations of the Yeshiva University College of Dental Medicine. This position coordinates the administrative functions of the admissions process from initial applicant inquiry through student matriculation, ensuring an organized, efficient, and student‑centered admissions experience. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Coordinator manages applicant communications, application processing, interview coordination, admissions reporting, committee preparation, recruitment events, matriculation tracking, and onboarding activities. The coordinator collaborates with faculty interviewers and university departments to ensure applicant records are complete and accurate, interview days are executed efficiently, and enrollment requirements are fulfilled in accordance with university policies and established deadlines.
The successful candidate is a highly organized and service‑oriented professional with exceptional communication, project coordination, and customer service skills. This position requires sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced academic environment.
