Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in King, NC is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the customer flow from inquiry to admission. You will build positive relationships with prospective residents and referral sources, verify payer eligibility, and ensure all forms are completed to support census goals.

This full-time position requires a High School Diploma and a minimum of three years in a healthcare setting, plus comfort with referral software and electronic health records. Shifts are 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission. You will ensure positive relations with the potential customer(s) and referral sources, ensure proper payer for admission, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and contribute towards the community’s profitability and census goals. You will coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs.

Education/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
