Job summary

The Children’s Place in Kansas City is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to screen, coordinate and process inquiries and referrals for services across the agency. This full-time role focuses on early intervention to help young children heal from trauma and thrive.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and at least two years of experience in social services or related settings.

  • Listen to, gather and evaluate client histories, concerns and personal experiences to identify mental health needs and recommend appropriate services and resources.
  • Respond to telephone, online and in-office requests for information regarding agency services and other community resources.
  • Coordinate and co-facilitate program orientations and tours for children and families.

The Children’s Place in Kansas City is now hiring for the full-time position of Admissions Coordinator.

Are you passionate about early intervention to help the youngest children heal from traumatic events and thrive? The Children’s Place is seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to screen, coordinate and process all inquiries and referrals for services throughout the agency.

What You'll Do
