Richland Nursing & Rehab is seeking an Admissions Coordinator (LPN preferred) to greet families, guide them through the admissions journey, and coordinate all documentation and pre-admission steps. You will build strong relationships with hospitals and referral sources to keep occupancy steady and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and knowledgeable about Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes.

Formación

• Experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, or social work, or an active LPN license (SNF or healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A compassionate, customer-service-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families.
• Coordinate all aspects of admissions: documentation, insurance verification, and pre-admission assessments.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources to maintain steady occupancy.
• Conduct facility tours and present our services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and admission policies.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
