Nova southeastern University is seeking a communications professional to support Undergraduate Admissions campaigns, creating engaging content and managing digital channels. The role requires basic CMS editing and collaboration with PR/Marketing to align with NSU’s brand.

The position focuses on developing clear messaging, updating web and email content, and engaging prospective students and families through multiple channels. Some CRM and analytics familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• Up to two years in communications and enrollment marketing.
• Basic CMS web platform experience.
• Basic graphic content experience.

Responsabilités

• Applies writing and communications skills to content, messaging, and production for Undergraduate Admissions channels.
• Identifies prospect groups and develops communication plans.
• Performs basic CMS web edits for Undergraduate Admissions pages.
• Consults with subject matter experts for content edits and production.
• Writes useful, conversational content aligned with NSU brand.
• Produces promotional materials such as slides or e-invites to attract prospective students.
• Collaborates with PR/Marketing on design and production of materials.
• Liaises with academic leaders to connect stories to marketing strategy.
• Develops email content within an ecomm plan.
• Implements customer service processes for internal users in outreach channels.
• Participates in data-driven communications strategies and KPI reporting.
• Identifies KPIs and reports metrics.
• Assists in setting up analytics tools.
• Develops internal communications and participates in university activities.
• Attends events to promote organizational goals.
