Empire Beauty School is seeking an energetic Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) to recruit qualified students for our Queens, NY cosmetology program. The role involves meeting with prospective students, interviewing applicants, reviewing enrollment requirements, conducting campus tours, and presenting rewarding career opportunities.

Expect two late nights weekly and Saturday work with pay between $26.00 and $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Career School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred; strong recruitment and outreach abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective students and conduct interviews.
• Review enrollment requirements and conduct school tours.
• Present career opportunities and explain cosmetology pathways.
• Build and maintain relationships with students throughout their cosmetology education.
