Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in the Lehigh Valley is seeking friendly staff to greet guests at entry and assist with ticketing and add-ons. You will deliver engaging experiences, maintain confidentiality of guest information, and uphold park service standards.

Overview:

$11.50/ Hour

Hours scheduled would be afternoon and closing shifts.

Joining our Dorney Park team means you'll greet guests upon entry to the park in a professional and courteous manner.

You’ll also...

• Take appropriate action to answer and resolve guest questions and concerns.


• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality of paperwork and information.


• Interact with guests by taking tickets and passes for entry.


• Assist guests in purchasing tickets, season passes and add-ons.


• Follow all Dorney Park service standards including up-selling.
