AsAdmissions and Enrollment Advisor, you will be at the heart of one of the most influential creative institutions in the world. This is a strategic, student-centered leadership role where you will own the full admissions funnel from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring that prospective students receive exceptional customer service, guidance, and support throughout their journey.

What You’ll Do:

Prospective Students:

  • Provide high-level customer service to prospective students through multiple channels—phone, email, text, video meetings, social media, and face-to-face communications.
  • Advise prospective students on educational opportunities, admission requirements, policies, transfer credits, financial assistance, and more.
  • Lead campus tours and host weekly information sessions to engage prospective students.
  • Support students through the application process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Review and assess applications with the admissions committee, communicating applicants' status and following up effectively.
  • Manage on-boarding of new students, ensuring a smooth transition into the MAS community.
  • Represent MAS at various recruitment events, school fairs, open houses, exhibitions, and school visits.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective students, communication logs, and student feedback.
  • Prepare reports and proposals for management, contributing to the institutional database with current, accurate information.
  • Track key admissions metrics (calls, appointments, tours, applications, enrollments) and report weekly on progress.
  • Ensure smooth transfer of student records to the registrar’s office.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the local marketing team to support open houses, events, and digital lead generation initiatives.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented culture, energizing the campus and ensuring team success.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3+ years ofsales, admissions or outreach experience— ideally in vocational or for-profit education.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a large number of leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven team.
