Job summary

South University in Savannah seeks an Admissions Representative for the Anesthesiologist Assistant program to recruit qualified applicants and manage the admissions journey from inquiry to enrollment on campus and online.

You will review applications, coordinate interviews, liaise with student services, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while supporting prospective students through the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a Master’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of admissions or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with faculty, staff, and student populations.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Explain educational programs, outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to students and parents.
• Answer inquiries and questions regarding admissions requirements.
• Manage the admissions database (WebAdMIT) and participate in system updates.
• Coordinate interviews (on-campus/virtual) for candidates.
• Assist program leadership with new student orientation.
• Oversee entry of matriculant data and document scanning.
• Update Campus Nexus with student academic progress as needed.
• Assist with timely student registration and course scheduling for all students.
• Facilitate matriculant activities (tuition deposit, enrollment agreements, etc.).
• Participate in recruitment activities (open houses, college visits, outreach).
• Supervise background checks tracking (Complio) and pre-matriculation requirements.
• Assist in marketing materials and program promotions.
