You will build relationships via calls and video conferences, guide applicants through the admissions process, and coordinate with financial aid and academic advisors to help students start their education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping prospective students.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective students over the phone and video conferences.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound calls and video conferencing to build relationships.
• Meet daily performance expectations for call volume and applicant progression while focusing on student experience.
• Interview prospective students to understand goals, barriers, and guide them to the best degree program.
