• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum six months as an associate admissions advisor or related work experience in admissions, higher education, customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries about Herzing University's courses and programs via telephone, email, text, and chat.
• Interviewing prospective students to determine motivation and needs for continuing education.
• Assist prospective students in identifying programs that match goals and explain benefits of Herzing University.
• Guide applicants through admissions, ensure required steps are completed, connect to support resources.
