We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Admissions Advisor to join our on-site California team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours — ideal for both employed and unemployed candidates looking to contribute to a meaningful mission.

Position Summary:
As an Admissions Advisor, you will assist individuals exploring our training and education programs. You’ll serve as a key point of contact, helping potential applicants understand program offerings, complete documentation, and move confidently through the admissions process.

This position requires on-site presence at our California facility.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist prospective clients in person

Explain program details, eligibility criteria, and the admissions process

Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate applicant readiness

Guide applicants through necessary paperwork and enrollment steps

Track communications and maintain accurate applicant records

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer Service, Advising, Or Administrative Experience Preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic proficiency in computers, office tools, and CRM systems

Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members

Must be able to work on-site in California

Both currently employed and unemployed candidates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $34 – $42 per hour

Hours: 16 to 32 hours per week (you choose your availability)
