• Associate’s degree required; exceptional background may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
• Preferred: prior experience as an Enrollment Coach or similar one-stop enrollment center.
• 1–3 years experience in consultative sales or higher education, especially in recruiting, admissions, records, financial aid, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective and new applicants on programs aligning with their career goals.
• Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring all application requirements are met.
• Assist students in determining methods of financing including FAFSA completion.
• Manage a student applicant caseload and provide personalized advisement.
• Coordinate campus tours and admissions communications; support the admissions experience.
