Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of higher education admissions experience are required; more than 3 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Engage diverse audiences via recruitment channels and outreach.
• Assist students with transfer credits, financial aid, and institutional policies.
• Maintain communication with prospective students and manage admission records.
• Track data, prepare reports, and contribute to admissions policies and recruitment strategies.
• Represent Baker College at recruitment events and support departmental goals.
