Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university and two years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas or a related field.
• A master’s degree in a job-related field may be substituted for one year of professional experience.
• General knowledge of organizational management, research, and interview techniques; ability to advise students individually and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission processes and student advising for credential and graduate programs.
• Provide information on admission requirements, program completion, and policies.
• Maintain program websites and social media content; assist in transcript evaluation.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment activities and new student orientation.
• Collaborate with the department chair, centers, and staff to update handbooks and forms.
