Job summary

The LPN will perform nursing assessments, monitor clients, administer medications, and ensure client safety. Ideal candidates possess a current LPN license and preferably have experience in behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Knowledge of basic nursing care, first aid, personal care, and hygiene.
• Previous experience in behavioral health services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to individuals with mental health, substance dependence, and/or developmental disabilities.
• Observe clients, document progress, and report changes in condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and accurately chart times and amounts given.
• Measure and record vital signs and key health statistics.
