Job summary

Westview Cottages seeks an Administrator/Executive Director to oversee the operation of an ICF/IID facility, ensuring high-quality care for residents and alignment with company values.

The role requires Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator licensure, facility-management experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication. You will lead teams, drive QA and performance improvements, and ensure timely reporting to executive leadership while managing revenue flow.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in Oklahoma.
• Experience in facility management.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors procedures which assure the highest level of care 24 hours per day to residents.
• Organizes, leads and maintains an ongoing, data driven programs related to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement.
• Supervises the hiring, training and evaluation of all employees in all departments.
• Prepares and submits reports for the facilities to the Executive Management Team.
• Monitors accounts receivables to ensure revenue flow.
