The Trust Administrator provides essential support in the administration of personal and institutional trust and investment accounts, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality client service. Directly supporting and working closely with Trust Advisors, this role manages a wide range of administrative, operational, and client service functions that uphold fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory standards. The Trust Administrator collaborates with internal teams and external partners to maintain account workflows, resolve inquiries, and enhance the client experience. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's Character Qualities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust administration, wealth management, or investment services preferred. Familiarity with trust principles, investment management, and estate planning concepts is highly desirable.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong client service orientation. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trust accounting systems (e.g., SEI, FIS, or similar). Foundational knowledge of fiduciary principles, trust structures, and estate planning concepts.
Any industry designations specific to the Wealth Management business is a plus.
Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
