Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED in North Alabama is seeking an Administrator Route Process to manage tender and proofs of deliveries from route drivers and settle routes accurately and efficiently.

Day-to-day duties include deposits processing, end-of-day settlements, verifying deposits, and assisting with customer refunds and accounts receivable research. This role supports cross-functional teams and adheres to company audit guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • High school diploma or GED or related experience/training.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and safety with company guidelines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Receive deposits and end-of-day settlement paperwork.
  • Verify route deposits and record deposits in daily logs; create nightly bank deposits.
  • Assist with customer refunds and accounts receivable research.
  • Prepare paperwork for Xerox archiving; ensure ship­ments are settled daily.
  • Support cross-functional duties for other departments as assigned.
  • Comply with UNITED audit guidelines.

Job Description

The Administrator Route Process is responsible for receiving all tender and proof of deliveries from route drivers and settle routes by performing the following duties

What your day will look like:
  • Support cross-functional duties for other departments as assigned
  • Receives deposits and completed end of day settlement paperwork
  • Ensure all shipments are settled daily in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Verifies route deposits, record deposits in Web Daily Deposit Log, and create nightly bank deposits
  • Assist in gathering back up for all customer refunds
  • Manage coding all daily driver over and short balances and back up
  • Prepares paperwork to send to Xerox for archiving
  • Assist with customer accounts receivable research
  • Ensure compliance for UNITED audit guidelines
  • Support cross function duties for other departments as assigned
  • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work with all functional team members
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and exposure to noise
  • Ability to demonstrate oral communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements

Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks: Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks/Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.
