Legacy Healthcare seeks an Administrator for a Skilled Nursing facility in Detroit. You will lead operations, drive a positive culture, and ensure residents receive high-quality care and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field and an unencumbered MI LNHA license, with the aim of delivering exceptional service and regulatory compliance across the facility.
