Longterm Health Management Services is seeking an Administrator to join our skilled nursing team in Indiana. You will lead daily facility operations, uphold high standards of resident care, and foster a positive, inclusive culture across all departments.

The role emphasizes strategic Leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, comfortable environments for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Unencumbered IN LNHA license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operation and ensure high standard of resident care.
• Set and attain facility-wide goals and drive a positive, inclusive culture.
• Lead the administrative team and coordinate with clinical and support services.
