Immediate need for a talented Administrator Construction Manager (CMIII). This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential, located in DALLAS - Pennsylvania / New York DALLAS, PA /ROCHESTER, NY (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if interested.

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee OSP Construction activities performed by client contractors at various locations including Indiana, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and others.
  • Ensure contractor work meets quality standards, is completed per design, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with State, local municipalities, utilities, and departments, requiring strong communication skills.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with regulations while working within public ROW or utility easements.
  • Collaborate with Client Construction Supervisor, OSP Engineer, and cross-departmentally with Logistics, Contract Administration, ISP Engineering/COE, and Project Management.
  • Support sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory duties as assigned.
  • Familiarity with permitting, Work Zone Protection, Traffic Control plans, project scheduling, inspections, material management, reporting, record-keeping, pre-construction meetings, and expenditure monitoring.
  • Investigate and report plant damage.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Experience with DOT, Fiber, Construction, OSP Standards, SSP contracts, and safety standards.
  • Minimum five years of Outside Plant construction and splicing experience.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors, drive extended distances, and lift moderately heavy objects.
  • Willingness to work overtime, be on-call, and occasionally travel overnight.
  • Valid driver's license required.
