  • Manage the Clinic Quality Management Plan, medical-record administration, privacy and access controls, equipment readiness, and operating procedures; assess audit or service findings, establish corrective-action priorities, and verify completion to maintain accurate, compliant clinic processes.

  • Develop and monitor the clinic administrative budget, spending needs, vendor requisitions, and equipment or service requirements within approved financial controls; evaluate resource alternatives and recommend changes to support clinic effectiveness and responsible expenditure.

  • Establish training and communication priorities for applicable drug and alcohol, reasonable-suspicion, collection, clinic procedure, and workplace-health processes; coordinate staff competency development, communicate material compliance or environmental concerns, and support safe, ethical clinic operations.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Ability to manage clinic staff, work priorities, performance, and operational procedures while respecting licensed-provider scope of practice.

  • Ability to evaluate clinic compliance, medical-record privacy controls, quality findings, and administrative corrective actions.

  • Ability to coordinate with medical directors, MROs, laboratories, vendors, safety personnel, and departmental leaders.

  • Ability to develop and monitor clinic budgets, equipment needs, service contracts, and administrative performance measures.

  • Ability to interpret applicable program requirements, prepare procedures and management reports, and exercise independent judgment over significant clinic operations

And If You Have These Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.

  • 5+ years of related health care administration or occupational health clinic operations experience, including clinic process coordination and responsibility for staff, programs, compliance, or administrative resources within that period.
